Q: How do I find my hat size?

A:

The best way to determine your hat size is to measure your head with a tape measure.  Your measurement can be used to find your size on this chart:

Q: What if my size isn't listed?

A:

We don't always have all possible sizes available in every hat.  Sometimes only every other size is available.  In this case we recommend getting one size up and shrinking the hat for a custom fit.  Our sweatbands are made with 100% cotton and will shrink a little when moistened with water and then heated with a hair dryer. Repeat as needed.

Q: I ordered the wrong size, can I send the hat back for a replacement?

A:

Yes.  Exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your item. To make an exchange please reach out to us on the contact page.  You must contact us for approval before making any exchange. You are responsible for shipping the item back in original packaging and condition as well as providing an additional $5 for return postage.
